Condition for Refund: Refunds will only be considered if the item is found to be defective or faulty upon delivery or use, In such cases the customer must provide sufficient proof of the defect or damage, which may include photographs, videos, or any other verifiable evidence demonstrating the issue.

2. Procedure for Reporting Faulty or Damaged Goods: Should you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, it is imperitve to notify us immediately. The notification must be delivered in a 7 Day timeframe of your delivery. We kindly request that you submit the necessary evidence as part of your complaint. Faliure to do so may result in the inability to process any claims.

Refund Eligibility: Our refund does not apply in cases where the customer simply changes their mind, orders the wrong item, or fails to meet the usage guidelines specified in the products instructions. Products that hae been used, altered, or damaged after receipt will not be eligible for a refund

If the product is confirmed to be defective or damaged, we will either replace the item or issue a refund based on the customers preference and our stock availability.
